Los Angeles Airport Passenger Services

Welcome to International Airport LAX, where passenger satisfaction is a top priority. There is a range of Los Angeles Airport facilities to ensure your journey is smooth and comfortable. Services include a dedicated lost and found department, equipped medical station, the USO Center for military personnel, private nursing rooms for mothers, a pet relief area for furry friends, and even a luxurious Spa for ultimate relaxation.

Lost and found

Lost something at LAX? Here's how to find it. Contact your airline for lost suitcases or items on the plane. Check restaurants and LAX stores too. Lost your passport? Call U.S. Customs at (310) 665-4560.

The LAX Lost and Found office receives items from all over the airport. They're open Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Items from the TSA checkpoint take 5 to 10 days to reach the Airport Police.

To inquire with the LAX Lost and Found, click here. Their office is at 5600 W. Century Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90045.

Medical station

Passengers and visitors at the Los Angeles International Airport can use the convenient medical services at the First Aid Station. The First Aid Station is located in the Tom Bradley International Terminal (Terminal B) on the Upper/Departures Level and operates from Monday to Thursday between 10 am and 8 pm.

In cases where the First Aid Station is unstaffed, immediate access to medical assistance is ensured with two phones available outside the station. These services, part of the comprehensive LAX Airport Assistance program, are designed to handle emergencies and provide initial medical support to individuals in need.

The airport has positioned Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) throughout the terminals to assist individuals experiencing sudden cardiac arrest. These AED units are located beyond passenger screening stations and on bicycle patrol units. All Airport Police officers have received comprehensive training on using these life-saving devices and can promptly respond to emergencies.

In situations of a more serious nature, such as severe injuries or medical emergencies, individuals can summon paramedic ambulance. They can do this by contacting any airline employee or calling the LAX Police at (310) 646-7911.

LAX USO Center

The Bob Hope USO at LAX is located at 201 World Way, Los Angeles, CA 90045, at the base of the iconic Theme Building. You can reach them at 310-645-3716. The USO center welcomes Active Duty Military, Guards, Reserves, and their dependents. They need a valid military ID and current boarding pass during their operating hours. They are open from 9 am to 5 pm on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays, and from 9 am to 10 pm on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Military Retirees and their dependents can visit on a space-available basis between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Access to the USO is currently altered due to airport construction at LAX. From the Arrivals level, head towards the loading dock between Parking Structure 2A and Parking Structure 6, across from the Air Traffic Control Tower. The USO is located on the ground floor of the Theme Building, and a volunteer will be there to greet you at the back doors accessible via a ramp.

For any inquiries, please call (310) 645-3716, and a volunteer will assist you.
